NOTE: Map does not include existing undeveloped legal lots of record (492), proposed new lots under GPU-5 (266) and 390 units from the Affordable Housing Overlay at Mid-Valley, also in GPU-5. Combined, these new units would produce about 11,500 new car trips daily. All projects listed on this page will generate approximately 28,000 daily new car trips at buildout. By comparison, an average segment of CV Road currently carries about 15,000 daily car trips.
