The Carmel Valley Association is the
oldest and largest residents association in Carmel
Valley, and one of the most effective citizens groups
in Monterey County. We monitor and evaluate proposals
for change and development that can affect Carmel
Valley. By disseminating this information to our membership,
working with elected officials and County government,
and testifying before public bodies, CVA works to
